Please go to Menu > Preferences > Individual > Alerts/Shortcuts:

Click "Individual" and go to "Alerts/Shortcuts":

1. New Message Alert:
If you choose "Show in New Window", a chat box will pop up whenever you get a new message.If you choose "Show in Status Bar", no window will pop up. Please click TradeManager icon on the system tools bar to select contact/community and read messages.

2. Pop up:
If you tick "Pop up", a small window will pop up when you get a new message or contacts online/offline.If you do not need some pop up windows, please uncheck them accordingly.

3. Sound:
You can tick or uncheck panes to use or forbidden alert sounds. To add your favorite sound from your computer, please click . By clicking , you can audition the sound. If you do not need sound, please uncheck them accordingly.
