1. I have downloaded the TradeManager already, but always pop-up the Web-based TradeManager, how to solve it?

To solve the problem, you may do as follows:

  1. Open your Internet browser, click "Tools" on the menu bar of the browser
  2. Select "Internet Options"
  3. Click on "Delete Cookies" and then "Delete Files"
  4. Click on "Security" on the top toolbar and reset all zones to default level
  5. Click on "Privacy" on the top toolbar and set the level to "Medium" or click the "Default" button
  6. Click on "Advanced" on the top toolbar and restore advanced settings and click "Ok" to save your modification
When you have finished, close your browser and all web pages. Then restart your browser.

2. It appeared "TradeManger2Install.exe is not a valid win32 application" or "NSIS ERROR" when installed the TradeManager, why?

When you haven encountered this error message, the possible reason was TM file was not downloaded completely.
Please take the following steps:

  1. Remove your current TradeManager program completely;
  2. Download a new program at alisoft; please do not change the program name ".exe"
  3. Try to install again the TradeManager in your computer.

3. How do I contact suppliers/buyers?
